We deliver across India within 7 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on your location and courier partner performance.

Shipping Method & Tracking

We work with trusted logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Charges

2. Return & Refund Policy

At DECORUM, we ensure every item goes through strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Return
  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, broken, or defective products.

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Proof in the form of clear photos or videos of the damaged item is mandatory.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Returns are not accepted for minor color or texture variations, as these may occur due to screen differences or handcrafted nature.

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or wrong size choice.

Return Procedure

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they haven’t been dispatched.
